GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The www.scanlab.pl website operates under the rules set forth in these Regulations.
- These Regulations define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the www.scanlab.pl website, the rules for the provision of these services, the conditions for the conclusion and termination of agreements for the provision of services electronically, as well as the complaint procedure.

- Each Service Recipient, from the moment of undertaking activities aimed at using the Electronic Services of the www.scanlab.pl Website, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
DEFINITIONS
- CONTACT FORM – a form available on the Website www.scanlab.pl that allows the Customer to contact the Service Provider directly.
- REGULATIONS – these regulations.
- SERVICE PROVIDER – SCAN LAB Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office address: Poleczki 40 Street, 02-822 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS: 0000677004, NIP: 6793149118, REGON: 367268474, with share capital in the amount of: PLN 5000.00, e-mail address: biuro@scanlab.pl, phone: +48 662 683 066.
- USER – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, using the Service.
- SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Site.
TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
- The Service Provider allows through the Site the use of an Electronic Service: the use of the Contact Form.
- Provision of Electronic Services to Service Recipients takes place under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.
- The Site is not used to conclude agreements of any other kind than those indicated in Section 1. This Site is used to familiarize with the range of goods or services provided by the trader and to establish contact with him in order to possibly negotiate the terms of cooperation. The conclusion of this type of agreement is made at the premises of the entrepreneur or at a distance.
- Price lists, advertisements and descriptions of products or services published on the Site are for information purposes only and may not be treated as an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only as an invitation to conclude a contract.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
- Provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III pt. 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.
- The contract for the provision of Electronic Services consisting of enabling the sending of a message via the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period of time and is terminated at the time of sending the message or at the time the Service Recipient stops sending it.
- Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider: computer with access to the Internet, access to e-mail, web browser, inclusion of Cookies and Javascript in the web browser.
- The conclusion of the contract for the provision of the Contact Form service occurs when the User clicks the “Yes, please contact me” button, after correctly completing the fields of the contact form, located on the Site in the “Contact Us” tab, which includes: a)providing data: phone number, electronic mail address (email) / b)accepting the Regulations by selecting the checkbox with the content: “I accept the Regulations for the provision of electronic services”.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law and good morals, bearing in mind the respect for personal property and intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The customer is obliged to enter data in accordance with the facts.
- The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
- The Service Provider may refuse to provide services in the event of: a)the User violating the provisions of these Regulations / b)the User taking actions that interfere with the uninterrupted use of the Site or services by other Users / c)the User providing incorrect data, required for the provision of services / d)temporary or permanent discontinuation of service due to maintenance activities or related to the modification of the Site.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Contact Form service at any time.
- In the case referred to in para. 8 above, the Service Provider is obliged to delete any personal data of Users collected for the purpose of providing the above service.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
- Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services through the Site may be submitted by the Customer via e-mail to the following address: biuro@scanlab.pl.
- In the aforementioned e-mail message, please provide as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, in particular the type and date of occurrence of irregularities and contact details. The information provided will greatly facilitate and expedite the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.
- Consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider shall take place immediately, no later than within 14 days.
- The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the Client’s e-mail address provided in the complaint notification or in any other manner provided by the Client.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on the website at www.scanlab.pl enjoys copyright protection and is the property of the Service Provider. The Service Recipient shall be fully liable for any damage caused to the Service Provider as a result of the use of any content of www.scanlab.pl, without the consent of the Service Provider.
- Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements comprising the content and contents of www.scanlab.pl constitutes an infringement of the Service Provider’s copyright and will result in civil and criminal liability.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

FINAL PROVISIONS
- Polish law shall apply to Agreements concluded through the Site.
- If any part of the Terms and Conditions is inconsistent with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the challenged provision of the Terms and Conditions.
